The Institute for Strategic Collaboration exists to help professionals improve the success of critical initiatives that move organizations forward. We, the four founding members, came together with extensive experience in such initiatives, and a shared interest to diminish the persistent gap between intended and actual results.
We believe a cooperative, objective, and non-commercial structure built on the experience of professionals with data from thousands of strategic collaborations can best achieve this objective. The Institute is itself a strategic collaboration, one that we all intend to make very successful.
